Doderm SOS Hydro RepairGel helps to combat pathological changes in the skin's microbiome. Once the microbiome is back in natural balance, the skin becomes healthy and regains its resilience. 

For this purpose, we use the active antibodies of the surplus first milk of calving cows (colostrum). We supplement them with other building blocks such as ceramides, cholesterol and lecithin to restore the skin barrier.
