Shipping policy

Shipping Information

In addition to shipping from and to Germany, we currently offer shipping to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and Spain.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

  • For orders with a value of €89 or more, shipping is free of charge.
  • For orders with a value below €89, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 per order.

International Deliveries

  • For orders with a value of €89 or more, shipping is free of charge.
  • For orders with a value below €89, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.95 per order.

Delivery Times

  • Germany: 3–5 days after order confirmation
  • International: 3–8 days after order confirmation

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays, and newly received orders cannot be processed on those days.

Shipping is carried out via DHL Premium.

Delivery Authorization

If you grant the shipping service provider permission to leave your parcel at a designated location, delivery is made at your own risk.

By granting such authorization, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you as soon as the parcel has been deposited at the specified location.

Lost Shipments

You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.

If, contrary to expectations, you have not received your parcel after several days, please contact our customer service at support@doderm.eu.

Returns

Did you accidentally order the wrong product? Was a product damaged during shipping? No problem!

  • Of course, you may return the ordered products to us within 14 days.
  • Simply place the delivery note and the products in the package and attach the enclosed return label. The return address is already printed on it.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened products. We appreciate your understanding.
